How to activate?

Navigate to the settings menu
Select Wireless & networks. On some Android handsets you have to select More Settings in the Wireless and Networks section.
Scroll down & select Mobile Network Settings or Mobile Networks
Ensure that Mobile data and Data roaming are ticked if this option are available
Select Access Point Names (APN)

Select + New APN (select Menu if this is not already visible)

When setting up a new APN you will be shown many options in a list that you do not need to change. You may need to set a name for your APN. Name your APN Lycamobile.
Change the APN setting to Change the username to lmuk Change the password to plus then you can save your new APN using the Menu option.
Save your settings. You are now ready to use the Internet

If you are still having issues with your Internet connection, please add steps 11 and 12 to your Internet configuration.
  Authentication type - PAP APN type - default/internet     
IOS (Apple IPhone)

Navigate to the Settings menu Select General Select Network Select Cellular Data Network

Ensure that Cellular data and Data roaming are enabled. 
You will need to manually enter the following items in the cellular data option.
Username: lmuk
Password: plus

Save settings then switch the phone off and then on again

NB: If the iPhone (4 or 4s) is locked, customers won't be able to access APN Settings. It needs to be unlocked first in order to access and change APN settings

Navigate to the Settings menu Select Mobile network Activate Data connection

Important: Wifi option need 
to be disabled 
Select Add APN Setup the APN, typing
manually the access point name
Username: lmuk
Password: plus
